Gift Voucher Terms

Terms & Conditions for the Sale and Use of Gift Vouchers

These Terms and Conditions (“terms”) apply to the purchase of gift vouchers (hereinafter called “vouchers”) from CHILDSTAR (“us” or “we”, as applicable) by any company, partnership, individual or other legal entity (“you”) whether purchased online or otherwise and your purchase of vouchers confirms your acceptance of these terms.

Where you purchase vouchers through our online ordering service, your purchase is also subject to the terms and conditions for the use of our website (located on our website here). Your use of our website confirms your acceptance of those terms.

1. Validity

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase for the value specified.

2. Delivery

Your voucher will be displayed on screen and emailed to you upon completion of payment.

3. Redemption

Vouchers may be redeemed online from our website when registering a talent user account with CHILDSTAR. Vouchers cannot be used anywhere else or for any other purpose.

4. Value

Vouchers consist of either a product value or a monetary value (as chosen by the consumer):

4.1 Product Value: Vouchers with a product value (eg: Gold Membership – 1 Year) entitle the user to register an account matching the stated value for up to 12 months from date of purchase regardless of changes in membership prices. These vouchers can only be used to register the account type as stated and cannot be used as partial payment for a higher plan or any other service.

4.1 Monetary Value: Vouchers with a monetary value (eg: €60.00) entitle the user to a deduction from their total matching the stated value and currency for up to 12 months from date of purchase. These vouchers may be used as partial payment for a plan of a higher value upon payment of the difference. These vouchers can be used for one transaction only and no change will be given if the total is less than the value of the voucher.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, either fully or in part  for cash of any amount.

6. Restriction of Usage

Vouchers can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

7. Refusal Rights

We reserve the right to refuse purchase of vouchers at any time in our sole discretion if we deem that necessary.

8. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

Vouchers are the responsibility of the customer and any vouchers either lost or stolen cannot be replaced.
